I like the 1/2 inch.

But in a pinch I will take a positive detent shifter over a rachet. B&M Pro Stick for me.

1/4 inch ratchets are the little baby ones you use for battery terminals and stuff, 1/2 ratchets are used for bigger ****, they are talking about tools, although they know the thread is about shifters...kinda funny, deserves an lol...
