How would a SY3500 feel with a 3.15 rear

How would a SY3500 feel with a 3.15 rear I really like the characteristics of the SY3500. It doesn't hit too hard and is super efficient. Which is perfect for me since I only race once a month, and LOVE spirted parkway driving.
But I'm afraid I'm going to have to raise the RPMs to 3K to get the car moving due to my 3.15's. This may be especially obnoxious since I have a pretty loud exhaust.
So far I have just intake and exhaust bolt ons, and may be doing a cam and/or Nitrous.
So am I really off base for choosing this converter, or should I go with something a little tighter?
