How much should my 3.73's cost installed?

How much should my 3.73's cost installed? I called this shop in town called "fearless gears" and the guy quoted me 750 for parts and labor....this seems high to me... what did you guys pay for yours???

Re: How much should my 3.73's cost installed? I just had my broken Motive 3:73's replaced with Strange Pro Stock 3:73's. The gears were $200.00, the labor was $175.00 and misc parts(seals,shims,gasket,gear lube)were about $100.00. So that's $475.00 total.

Re: How much should my 3.73's cost installed? i paid 450 cash for everything, drive in/drive out. this included a spacer because i had a 2 series carrier in my old car. and it had a no noise gaurantee.

Sorry it took me so long to respond to your question but I just saw it. I had my gears done by Scott Walters, he works out of Kennedale drag strip. I HIGHLY recommend Scott, he does GREAT work, very reasonably priced and he's a great guy. Give him a call, you won't regret it. His number is 817 563-5371.
