A4 shifting hard

A4 shifting hard My trans is shifting really hard when I put it into drive. It will almost turn the tires when shifting from 1-2 and jerks slightly when going from 2-3 and almost normal when going from 3-D...I have got 91K on the clock and I just flush it 6 months ago. This problem started this weekend. Where should I begin?

Hi If the shift timing is correct and thee are no codes stored ,I would service the transmission and replace the pcs(presure control solinoid)
