Re: I've Had It Up To Here With My Yank - Help (Long)
The only problem I have had with my Yank3000 is overheating. Trying to pull a long hill in 4th OD at about 70 will overheat and disengage the converter. Yes, I have a cooler.
I was told by Yank that not enough fluid is pumped below 2500 rpm in 4th OD.
However, this did not happen with my stock converter.
So, when going up hills, I just downshift into 3rd. Other than that; it drives fine.

I don't know about Yank. But right now I'm getting a lot of the same problems with my Vigilante 3200 for my 3.8L. Maybe they use different material for hte 3.8Ls
