Default Parts install

I have a Ram 402/6130 combo, new slave, and McLeod adj. master. Should I install the slave and master before the clutch? Or should I do it all at once?

Can this all be installed in one day? I have wednesdays off, and every other weekend. I was just curious if I could get it all done on a weds. as I'm not sure if shops are open on weekends to resurface my flywheel. If not, I'm sure I can take a sick day

I've been reading the install university guide over. Any other pointers/tips? Looks fairly straightforward. Any tips on bleeding?

You have to pull the tranny to change the slave, so you should do it all at once. As for whether it can be done in a day, only you know your abilities. It can easily be done in a day. Around here, there are auto parts stores that can resurface flywheels. I've had them resurfaced on Sundays.

It takes me around 6-8 hours, start to finish.I also take my time. The only drawback you might have is if you have the flywheel resurfaced.(takes time)

Thanks for the replies.

I usually take my time too, following everything step by step (Install University baby! ).

I may just put the master in ahead of time to hopefully prolong the life of my stocker a bit longer, since its been acting kind of funky (pedal is real loose(?) when it sits in the heat for awhile, but still engages ok - no slipping).

Thanks again!
