turning up pressure????HELP!

ok i have a 98 trans am see sig i was tring to turn up tranny pressure i turned the screw star bit clock wise as if i was tightning a screw did i turn the wrong way. now car does not go in gear bad part bout it i have to work in the mornin.any help

You turned it the right way , What else dod you take loose and did you put filter back in and is it full of fluild , Does it go at all ?

i checked fluid .its to late to go back out my car is loud and i need to have it running to check it when i put in gear the shift is like really soft coming out of park

oh car does not even move.and the part right in front of the it has 3 screws 10 mm holding it on i had to take that off to get to the scre.and all i di was put it back to gether with a new filterthats it
