100shot + stock trans!!!!! Yikes!
How is spraying on a stock tranny any different that have a good H/C, larger cube, or low boost from a FI system? Horsepower is horsepower. A turbo can put out as much as torque as nitrous. Or is it just heating up the fluid from the normal TC slippage? I am just trying to understand why you tell him not to spray on the gearshift.
Lots of torque through a loose converter will spike
the trans temp. Do you have ability to monitor this?
Trans pressure tables have a strong temperature
slope to them but in my experience it is either not
enough, or flat wrong, seen by TCC slip at high fluid
temps. If the load value is not tracking the spray
torque increase the trans may not even be getting
commanded to full pressure. A wet shot doesn't
give the load "signal" that a dry shot through the
MAF will.
You probably want a look at these kind of things
before too much more of it.

i'm just sayin f*ck it and puttin a trans cooler and a shift kit in it, if that doesn't help then i'm gonna back it down to a 75 shot and just take it easy till i get the money to have mine built.....
