Default Who sells rebuild kits? and other stuff

There used to be a shop that sold 4L60E rebuild kits for big power and I want to say they were a electronic/TH-350 400 shop in CA and I thought they used to sponsor on one of the F-bod sites and still may.

Anyone know who it is or who does? Say for 600ish crank hp?

How many of you guys that are good with a wrench have rubilt one on your own?

I am a class away from being an aircraft mechanic so I am by no mean scared to take something apart if I have a good manual.
I thought about buying a manual (I assume Haynes sells one for the 4L60E's??) and rebuilding it myself.

It was rebuilt by GM about 18k miles ago before I bought it by someone I knew so I know it has a good case and was done right to begin with...

Ill check with them. I was PM'd the shop that I saw a while back but I don't think they are a sponsor.
