I think that depends on the STR. I was talking to Andre and he said that 2.47 and above will lose efficiency up top, so he likes to stay around 2.43 to be safe. However you do have to take that for what it's worth coming from an owner of the business. He knows alot though, but I'll keep everyone updated on top end efficiency with this.

 

I'd be willing to say from what I've read from other reponses that it may not have as much pull up top as say a similiar rated Yank, but they're anything but inefficient. As far as actual slip % Im not sure.

 

I disagree completely. I picked up 3 mph vs a Vigilante 9.5" converter going to a 9.5" Pro EDGE of the same stall

 

I have an Edge in my 94Z, and I like it alot better than my old Vig. Car picked up around .15 and around 1 mph in the 1/4.

 

I just got my Pro Edge in today!!! Looks great.Its a 3400 STR 2.40.
