It comes with some fittings and hoses in the box but I do not know if they are the correct ones for your app they are the ones that normally come with a cooler , And thanks for the order
ALSO COOLER SALE HAS BEEN EXTENDED THROUGH TODAY WHILE THEY LAST !

I didn't get a cooler with mine!!! But I already have one so....

I do wish I had all 4 gears forward though!

Well, I got a cooler with my second one but now we have to drop the pan and change the shift lever out of this one. This is getting old!

You need at least one day of normal driving before going to the DYNO

Thats it just make sure its full of fluild and drive it around relativley normally for a day. Making sure you do many cycles through the gears and converter off and on alot of around town driving and some hwy driving to get the frictions compressed and soaked good with fluild. Then do what you want after that try to do at lease 50 to 75 miles

the tranny weighs 130 lbs and my yank converter weighs 36 lbs, so roughly 170 with no fluid

glad to see i'm not the only truck that will be running one.
i'm not nearly pushing as much power as you but i have their level 2 on the way w/ 3600 stall. let us know how it turns out

You will not need any tuning of the PCM for the trans beyond stock unless you just want to alter the stock shift points , Or if you choose to use a converter above 3500 rpm
thanks

Here's an update. I took it to the track last weekend with the new tranny, and the new Edge convertor (custom for use with the turbos), and the car ran 10.89 at 133 mph (11.5 psi boost). I did 10 runs and the tranny worked perfectly.

Nice time for a 4100 lb car and good to hear the level II is handling the power.

I have a PerformBuilt level III and a Yank PY3400. Will be installing behind a ATI Procharged D1SC iron block 408 in May.

Can't wait to run the car and post the results. I've don't have doubt in my mind the level III will be able to handle the power. It's going to be fun.

To clear things up on this post above , I feel compelled to spend a little time explaining . Yes SD455 did receive a trans from us that would not for unknown reasons transmission or other wise make a shift to fourth gear it just stopped shifting at 3rd, From my understanding 1-3 were fine, With little diagnosis and at our cost in keeping with good customer realtions and taking care of our customers as we allways do. We sent out another trans quickly without requiring the other to be returned first which is normally considered a requirement by most, And in addition are and have paid all shipping charges and agreed to pay the 400 dollars for the repeat installation without being ask, This was done so that the customer who recently had and injury would not have to be without his car any more than nessesary , Since the car with three gears is drivable. The trans we sent though correct in every other way was sent quickly and did go out with the wrong selector rod. It is to long . We authorized the garage to change it which since it does occasionally happen is generally not and issue , We are doing everything we can to help Mr SD455 with the issue he has had with our transmission , Though we go to xstreme efforts to avoid any customer having and issue as with all things mechanical no matter whom or where it is made things can and do happen , We opologize to SD455 that he is having issue but we are also doing everything humanley possible to minimize his inconveince. We do not know why the original trans would not make the 3-4 shift and wont unitil it is shipped back to us.
Just a little explaination as the post above does not go into detail. We do not hide mistakes when they happenand we allways do everything possible to get them corrected as quickly as possible and without question
