Default Adjusting line pressure via LS1Edit with aTrans Go Shift kit

I have MTI tuning and just got LS1Edit. I just had a transgo shift kit installed, do I need to take the line pressure back to stock? And do I just look at the positive pressure vs. temp or negative pressure vs. temp or what? I have a flash file from a stock 98 TA non ram air A4 to look at.

Also how can I tell if the line pressure is setup to vary directly from TPS position? And if it isn't setup this way how can I go about setting this up?

They should have changed the positive pressure vs temp chart, both I'd compare both.

The table itself varies by TPS, so you are fine. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Isn't there something that has to do with line pressure that has to do with the MAF, and you can change it to vary directly from the TPS?

So, just take the values back to stock?

And one more thing, since I now have a converter, what all do I need to retune to make the most of the converter?

Ok, took the values back to stock. I also deleted TM and the car now drops fewer RPM's on shifts and feels much stronger.

Is there anything else I need to tune to get the most out of my converter?

If you have a high stall converter, I'd raise your part throttle shift points a bit also.

Try this simple test:
for 0% to 37% TPS on the normal shift tab:

Add 2mph to your 1-2
Add 3mph to your 2-3
Add 4mph to your 3-4 (assuming that it doesn't interfere with your lock-up speeds).

Drive around and see if you like it better. If you do, raise your downshift points by 1,2, & 3 mph respectively too. Mine are much more tweaked, but this will get you started in the right direction.

I have a vigilante 3200. It seems to be pretty easy around town the way the shifts are now.
What does raising the shift points accomplish?
