Personal experience with the 2, I will say that I like the shifting characteristics of the FLP MUCH better. No more lag between my 2nd-3rd gear shift and the shifts feel quicker and more solid.
FWIW, my last Yank breakage was my fault (broke the tail shaft twice and screwed the internals).

Re: What race preped 4l60e is everyone running? Speede Inc Here. Some little problems at first but Tom was FIRST RATE and took care of them no problem. I have not raced it yet though so the final decision HAS NOT been made yet.

Re: What race preped 4l60e is everyone running? I know that Chuck has his level IV 4L60E in 10-second cars. I've tried every other 4L60E out there with little success, and Chuck's is consistently proven for my liking. When I need a rebuild, it will be an FLP level IV 4L60E!
