Well again if the 1-2 shift feels good then I would have to say there is a 3-4 clutch issue

im having a very similar problem, during wot I will have it in D and go WOT and when it comes to shift into third it wont really and i have to let off the gas to get it to otherwise it will go into the red and bounce off the rev limiter. im not sure if its the tune b/c it never did this until i got it tuned so maybe the shift points arent set right there.

In your case that is possible though I still think original poster has a 3-4 clutch issue , You also have to anticipate comand to actual shift lag time when setting shift points particularly with the 2-3 shift since theres alot going on during that shift , fluild is being directed to the back side of servo for band release , and in the 3 0r d3 position fluild is also being directed to the overun clutch compounding this add in a little excessive clutch clearance and it can be 200 to I have seen people say as much as 800 rpm between command and actual shift
