TCI SFF 3500 built stall.........

I ordered one of these stalls for my 01SS (4L60E). I'm starting to hear that maybe I should've gone with a different manufacturer. Anyone had problems with these? Please discuss. Thanks.

i had 3 TCI verters when i had a 4l60e. 2- 4400 stalls & one 3200. they were all really "loose" and the lockup in them were ****. the first two lasted 2 weeks combined, the last had a billet front cover & it slipped (when in lockup) the first time. i'm not talking about trying to lock them on the dyno either, with the cruise set at 75 on the Interstate they would slip going up about any hill.

TCI has awesome customer service though.

I had that exact stall in my previous LS1 car and I loved it. Never had any problems with it while I had the car.

BTW...this should be in the auto section IMHO....not advanced tech...I'm sure a mod will move it for you soon
