I assume you are looking at the ProYank Extreme 3400. Yes it will lower your NA ET. It will cost you 1 - 2 mpg. This converter is good for 2.73 geared cars looking for a tight converter and 3.23 and higher cars running 200 shot or more.

If you nitrous will be in the 150 range, I'd suggest the PYE 3600 as it will have better NA times.

PYE 3600, I think ill go with it. Oh, I have 3:73 gears will it be fine? I just wanna do better with the converter ON NITROUS, because the other converter I had would go 12.0 without converter WITH NITROUS, and when I put the converter it went a 12.7. I dont want the converter to slip to much

You'll be fine on nitrous with that converter. NA times with a PYE 3600 will be similar to a good 3200 - 3400 stall NA converter.
