Just installed Mcleod Twin Disc, opinion.
DAMN, I love this clutch already. I had a Centerforce Dual Friction and then a Cartek and this is WAAAYYY better than both of those. With the Cartek I had some chatter and my y-pipe would bang against the floor board quite a bit. NONE of this with the McLeod. Great pedal feel.
So far I this clutch is GREAT!
also HUGE props to Raging Motorsports for putting in the extra hours to get this and my tranny installed and get me on the road so I can hit the track tonight!!!!

Thats the clutch setup I think I'm going to put in, it was either the twin or the single disc and when I talked to the tech rep. he said they had the single in one of Linginfelters C5's and was holding 640 HP with no problems and very streetable and the twin is in his twin turbo C5 and holds all the power of that and still is street friendly. So you don't get any chatter at all,and what gear are you running? Mcloed is also coming out with a direct replacement hyd. line thats a straight bore all the way through so you don't have to do the drill out mod since the restriction is still partly there even after you drill it out,and they have a patten on a new springless slave thats suppose to be a trick setup for the LS1's they are due out mid Janurary.

I love my Mcleod Single disc, 33 back to back passes at the track and it didn't slip a sigle gear. <img border="0" alt="[hail]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" />

When I used to run that clutch (with my old M6), that thing would GRAB. But was surprisingly driveable on the street. The thing would not even hint at slipping.
Make sure that everything in your drivetrain is up to the shock. My clutch took out a carbon fiber driveshaft . . .
