TCI-built Street fighter TH350, worth the $$$??
I've found a decent buy on a TCI Street fighter 9" tailshaft TH350, with a matching Street Fighter 3000 stall converter. a B&M conversion crossmember, and some pro-ratchet shifter (not concerned with it, b/c I'm not gonna use it)
all this with 1000 miles on it for $500 bucks.
seeing as the converter it's self shipped to the door is almost $500 bucks, it seems like this is a pretty decent deal.
regardless of price, if the tranny won't take a beating from a 380rwhp LT1, it's worthless to me.
are these good tranny's or should I steer away from it?

I'll pull the pan off before any cash is exchanged. guy said he had this stuff in a storage unit and was cleaning it out, said it had to go which is why it's so cheap. IDK.
lol, I picked up a disc brake equiped 14-bolt with 4.56's and a Detroit locker for $200 bucks once, b/c of the same reason: the owner wanted it GONE.
maybe this is the same situation, time will tell.
