Just checking to see if I made the right choice. I decided to buy a TCI 3200 Stall with a 2.2 STR, and am skeptical about this converter. Please post your opinions. I know all of you have one. First off, I have 3.73 gears in my 2001 SS, and will be putting a procharger on my car in the next year or so. I just ordered the TCI streetfighter, and was told this converter will hold up to 900rwhp. I don't know how true this is, but was wondering how strong this converter is. Also, how do you think this verter will handle? I got a low STR, because I want to increase acceleration, not wheelspin. Please post any comments about this converter/TCI in general. They are supposed to mail me this converter on Monday, and I have not had much luck with fast responses as to the current status of the converter. Thanks.

blk: U should get MUCH better than an 11.9x pass with ur hp. You should have close to LOW 11.x times. Also, if you had the choice, would you go with a TCI 3200 stall with 2.2 STR or Yank 3600E with 2.75 str? Thanks.

I run a streetfighter converter, and gained 5 tenths in the 1/4. I had mine for almost 1 1/2 years now and in two different cars. No problems at all I wish at the time I bought it they had the superstreet fighter out I would have bought the 3500 stall instead , but Ill live with this for a while runs good and is very a efficent converter. Good results for the money . Cheack Sig.

Ive got a TCI 4400. Other than some weird LU probs, it is great. TCI has great customer service and sent me a new verter that is supposed to fix the prob. I just need to get it put in so I can test it out
