Default Vig 3600

I bought a used vig 3600 and now i am kind of debating putting it in or not. Right now i have just full exhaust but i have a ls6 intake and pully waiting to go on. I plan on doing a cam in the next few months. I drive my car alot and i dont want to hate driving it because of the stall. How horriable is the vig 3600 to drive??

I would say it's the perfect stall. When I had mine, it felt like a stock converter. Punch it and you won't regret it.......................

I have a 4000 vig in mine and I drive it to work everyday. It is a little more sluggish than a stock converter, but certainly not unbearable or irritating. Put it this way, my wife drives the car every now and then, and she's never complained or asked about it.

Mine is much looser than a stock converter, but once cruising at like 60mph, there is not much more than 200 rpm difference in locked/ unlocked.

It's nothing but FUN! I drove a Vig 4200 behind a mean SBC and it's very tame until you put your foot down hard. Plus it will lock up at 45mph or so and gas mileage isn't an issue at all.
