Default Help TH350

I need how to use my stock shifter over again after I install the TH350. I was told by many people that it can be done it just has some custom work you have to do to it. Does anyone now how to do this?

If you just bolt it up it should work , Your lettering will be off
OD=D
D=2nd
2=1st
1=you cant move the shifter to there

You may have to play with the bracket mounting on the trans to get the positions correct. FYI drill some new holes in bracket . I would put the trans in park then the shifter in park then figure out where the bracket needs to mount to put it there.

You can get a nice shifter for $150-$250 depending on what you want.

Because if I couldnt do the shifter then I would have to get somebody to put it in that knew what they are doing, and they were all going to charge me at least a $1000 to put it in.
