well checked the level of all the fluid i put in and its above the dip stick.
next it does have park.

put the rear wheels up on jackstands and the wheels do not turn at all when put in R or 1, 2, 3.
check the coolant lines and no fluid in them,
i think my next step is to take the trans out and look at the pump

Well, before you take it out talk to your builder. Didn't he say he had an idea about something in the valvebody?

Im not trying to be "Mr. Obvious" here, but have you accidently engaged the brake??
You said it does have a brake/rmvb right? I would think it would be an issue with the valve body.

transbrake is not wired yet, so there is no chance of the solenoid getting power.
