Where can I get a 200R4 for a core exchange? Looking for a 200R4 that came out of either:
'85-'87 Monte Carlo SS
'84-'87 Buick T-Type/Grand National
'84-'85 Olds Cutlass Hurst Edition
It doesnt have to be in tip top shape, but it must be out of either of the models and years listed above. Thanks

Re: Where can I get a 200R4 for a core exchange? Of couse, Ive gotta find a 200R-4 that came out of one of the applications listed above or else I cant use it for a core. The 200R-4s that came in those cars had different valve bodies, servos, overdrive planets, etc. and would cost more to switch all of it out. So that is why I specified those car above. I know that several vehicles came with 200R-4s, but Im looking for specific ones. Thanks

Re: Where can I get a 200R4 for a core exchange? the BRF valve body was only available in the Buick GN T-type, and the Hurst olds, dont think the SS gottem, they just have the standard valve body but they have the 200r4 trans. www.turbobuick.com look in the for sale sections, theres always cheap rebuildable cores in there.
