Stall
If you do not get a stall, it is possible for it to actually be slower than before. It can stumble and fall on its face. It will try and push through the brakes, and will be a pain in the ***.
With cams of 228 duration is when you really need to consider a stall, but you can still drive the car without a stall, it just won't be optimal for racing from a stop. Pushing through the stall comes from to high of an idle rpm, that cam should idle around 700rpms, not enough to cause driveability problems. The 3000 stall is a good match to that cam, bigger would be better obviously. For street manners, go with an STR of 2.2 of higher. So Coldsteel327, you can wait to get a stall, just make sure you get a good tuner that will address part throttle issues, not only idle and wot.

Do it.

my vote ss3200 or ss3600...
remember if looking at vig another great converter they stall around 400 higher than stated...3200 more like 3600...
The stock converter really sucks imo I can't wait to get it out.
