Need help! truck wont move with 3200 stall!

Need help! truck wont move with 3200 stall! well i just installed a comp 216/220 cam in my truck along with a yank 3200 stall. truck starts up good and idles fine, but when u put it in gear the truck wont move 
any ideas? thanks!

Did you fill the converter before installing?
Was it definetly the right converter? (Example... an LT1 converter will fit on an LS1 but will shear the snout off...)
Did you connect the shifter linkage correctly?
