I'd suggest a 3300 - 3800 with a 2.0 STR. 2.5 STR if you have drag radials or slicks.

I agree with Ragtop...a 3500 stall speed would be ideal. I'm kinda partial to the TCI 242932 myself.

what other mods do you plan to do in the near future? Will this be mainly used on the track for some good ET & 60' or do you run more on the street?

You seem to forget there are other converter companies out there just as good if not better than those two. You also have TCS & TCI. I if I was going to get another converter I would probably go with TCS because they have great customer service, you can pick what stall & str you want, they have a 3 year warranty with unlimited restalls...I mean what more could you ask for, and their prices are resonable too.

Yank Makes a really good converter, but you might want to look at Coan, and Art-Carr. The Coan, and Art-Carr converters are both $650.00 for any stall speed!! www.LS1Motorsports.com They are both top quality parts. I have a Coan 3200 in my car, and it works great, and perfect drivablity. I had a 3500 in it, but it seemed to be to high for my car with my mods.
