what stall
I'm running a TCI USF 3600 in a th400 trans, it's a very streetable stall, mines a non lock up stall but still nice street manors. You could go with a 3200 but you'll want more trust me, I want more like a 4000 now. Just don't go with to low of a stall with that cam.
Like was already mentioned, if you don't plan on ever spraying it, go for the Yank PT4000. Badass converter. I run a Yank SS3600 in mine and wish I had gone bigger but I do plan on spraying it after the first of the year. For reference, my 3600 drives like a stocker till you mash the go pedal.

I think it would work well especially with the spray. Its a tight converter.
Don't take my word for it though, as I am not very framilar with the MS3 cam. I'd call and talk to the guys over at Yank and see what they recommend for it. Lot more goes in to converter selection than just what cam you are using.

Stall is based on the cam specs @.050". There is a general rule of thumb here. Most converter companies will take info from you about your car, most importantly from your cam card. Don't throw it away. If you have an old Summit catalogue in the cam or converter section, there was a spot where they had some specs on this subject to help a person make a good choice. Hope this helps.
If you're not spraying it, PT4000 or 4400 hands down. I have the 4400 and love it. It's extremely loose yes, but I'm still sporting 3.23's. It's absolutely sick and my favorite without question out of all the ones I've had (ST3500, SS4000).
