Default Trans cooler

Vig states no cooler is needed with their 2800 or 3200, does that sound right?
02 Trans AM WS-6 that is used for cruising.

For a car driven only in below 60 degree weather and never raced maybe....I'd get the cooler for sure either way though, even if just a small one.

I would put a cooler on even with a stock TC. Cool tranny fluid = good. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Step up for a cooler, Vic. You'll be glad you did. WJ. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Obviously you didn't buy a converter for just cruising as there is no benefit at less than about 50% throttle. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
At WOT it will generate more heat, so definitely get a cooler. All high stall cars need them.
