Just updating, 3 Months later and the rubber one is still working well. checked it out yesterday
The ES Mount SUCKS,
it vibrated and felt worse than when my stocker was cracked.
go to Advances website
Anchor mount #2817
Cost me like ~30 bucks after shipping and is still feeling good after 3 months.
They said they couldn't get it in the store but the website has it
It's rubber like the stock one and bolts in the same way.

DO NOT GET POLY TRANS MOUNTS WITHOUT POLY MOTOR MOUNTS TOO!!!!
...
why you ask?? because the poly mounts are stiffer and don't let the trans move as much as stock. this can crack the bell housing after a while. when you get on it, the torque causes the engine to twist, if the trans is held down tight by the poly mounts, you put lots of torsional stress on the bell housing.

FWIW, I've used both old style (soft) factory mounts, newer replacements (firmer) and both
ES and Prothane (very firm) mounts over the last 10 years. My personal favorite for the street
is the newer replacement mounts, but I tend to break them. The poly mounts vibrate
at first, but settle down over time. I have never broken one of those.

I have a 94 z28 and I have went through like 3 or 4 tranny mounts in the past year. I don't beat on the car a lot, maybe a few hard pulls in first to get around some cars from the light but that's about it. Is this normal? and its costing me like 80 bucks everytime to get the mount and have it installed.
