how do you like driving on a PT4400 everyday? I think I'm about to put myself into that boat. would you do it over again if again had the option or any other suggestions? The vig3200 has just become boring and yank's are more efficient converters.

I run the SY4000 in my car,but Tranny started slipping Soon as I put the Pedal to the Metal.MTI pulled tranny and shipped it to Century Trans shop for upgrade.Tranny now has transgo shift kit and trans cooler also anruns great.I live in Tyler,Tex an I drove to Memphis -420miles,and I drove to Houston and raced after putting 296mi on car during the trip that day so tranny now holds up fine.

w/ my 3.73's, the PT4400 I feel is perfectly streetable and with my upcoming switch to 4.30's its going to be even more fun.
The key to a big stall being comfortable on the street is tuning and a quiet exhaust. I have my misfire detection temps table set properly and the converter locks up almost immediately after I hit 3rd gear. If I'm going easy off the line and letting the rpms slug along it locks at 23mph. If I give a good blip of the throttle from a stoplight it will lock up at 29mph. Overall, I'm definitely happy with my car for daily driving.
