On the first video it sounds like it blazing the tires all the way through 1st & on the 1-2 shift you let out of it.

The long video it sounds like you have a pretty noisy rear end.

I think some stickier tires & 3.73s are needed.

That's exactly what that was if you're talking about the first drive by . I hit it at like 20 or something and it went left, right, left, right, left, right and a little farther each time. That wa the only time in that car I couldn't hold it straight even with the rear sliding . haha. It was fun, but I even though you can't see it in that video (the car was at a 90 deg. angle with the camera when i was the most sideways) I was probably a good 30 degrees angled left when i finally decided it wasn't getting any better and let off. haha (EDIT: actually i just watched it again and you can see the car finish it's wiggle back to straight again just as I go by)

Well, that's what some other people have said too, but you can barely hear it driving normally. I don't know why that camera picks up that noise so well but it does. For example, that exhaust is very noisy right there (easily 10x as loud as the rear end), but you can barely hear that even though the gear noise is very clear. Only thing I can think is it must just be the camera.

Definitely. Plans for the summer include a 12-bolt, 3.73's, tires, possibly a cam (and tune if so), and possibly a built tranny depending on my $$ situation. So I'm going to be .

Well, next time to the track the times will tell I guess.

Is it normal to have your shift mph drop by like 8mph with a stall? Mine shifts at like 80-81 into 3rd now and it didn't before, so I'm just curious.

I understand where the topic came from as your revving a lil more and the shifts are softer...but like as stated you want the quick firm shift...and i cant get on mine anymore on the street like i used to in low gears due to the fact that I simply roast the tires in 1st and 2nd...so i cant race anyone down low or from a dig...its not driver error or needing new tires..its called more power than traction... so from a roll I leave it in third and then yank on it..instant throttle response and it really runs out the top...

Sounds like you might have a few minior tuning issues with that whole MPH thing. I'd look into getting a shift kit also I can't imagine not having one with the added looseness of a stall, it was one of the best mods I did and it only cost $93 and I payed $50 to have it installed.

The only place mine felt a little sluggish was at highway 65-69 mph punches where i'd catch the top 2nd other than that it's a freakin beast on the streets!!
