shift point question, with a twist i need to slow my car down a bit at the track. i have gotten too fast to run without a cage, and i need to slow down to run the points series because i refuse to put a cage in my vette at this time(daily driver). i have hpt and i commanded the 1-2 shift to 5000 and 30 mph, which worked great. i commanded the 2-3 to 5000 and 60 mph, which did not work at all, it still ran out to 6600. this has me pulling my hair out right now, because when i manually shift the car, it runs out to the commanded rpm before it will shift, and not as soon as i shift. Any ideas? 2004 a4 corvette with RPM level V transmission and 3600 vigilante convertor. runs 11.0X all out on motor, and i need to slow it to 11.60ish, and the track wont let me run to the eighth and lift, i'm getting speed warnings for that too :bang

You would need to drop both the shift MPH and RPM the MPH may have to be set really low
