How to change Pump?

Did the dreaded 2 clicks instead of 3 and damaged the front pump alignment tangs.I have a spare trans for parts.What do i need to know on how to R&R the pump,and do you think i damaged anything else!!

I would be concerned that you might have damaged the converter hub as well in the process. What year are these two units in question here. Feel free to pm me. Vince

The hub has 2 very light indentations from the contact with the tangs,maybe .005 even on both sides.I miked the inside of the hub and it is not egged at all.both are 2000 or newer transmissions.
