Just curious what in all has to be done to install this baby and have it function right?

Do you have all the parts needed for the conversion and are just asking a general tech question or are you doing research for a parts list for the conversion? When you say what all is needed do you mean mechanically or electrically? What year PCM?

I don't have any of it but will look to compile the parts since I won't go back with the 4L60E when mine takes a dump.
