Re: TC for nitrous BPTA: I'd stay with the 3600 for a WS-6. You have 3.23s and that is plenty of gear for the 3600 and you'll like the extra power relative to the 3400. The PYE 3400 is great for really really big shots and or 2.73 gears.
WS6SE: you can spray it through the shifts; the converter can take it. The issue will be how long will your tranny last. Spraying through the shifts on a stock tranny will definitely shorten its life.
