Default tranny in limp mode

So i need some help...i would call my tranny builder buts a sunday....lol....Last night i went to the track...all week long the car has just been on it!! it was running so strong. I hooked up my nitrous and was gonna make my first pass on the bottle....on the way to the track, my buddy hooked up his HPtuners to log a few runs to see where my timing was.....i made 2 second gear pulls off the bottle just to see the timing was, on the street. Cars is still running good, i get to the track park the car unplug hptuners and let the car sit till the staging lanes open....come back to go get in line and the cars starts off in 3rd gear....ITs gone into like a limp mode...but it happen while it was parked so im REALLY tripping right now about that.....I can manually pull it down to 1st and it will start in 2nd, if i start in D or in OD it starts in 3rd.....I also dont have 4th gear or lock up now....Its throwing a code, but i cant remember what it was...as soon as i scan it again ill post it up.

Well we will be looking for the code post, Since theres really just to many posibilites without it to go through, I will say that if its imediatly in limp mode on start up the problem is likley electrical. You may want to take a moment to make sure the harness is plugged in good and there are no wires touching the exhaust etc.

Unplug and plug back in the harness under your car to the trans and make sure its secure, Also while your under there look to make sure the harness has not come in contact with the headers or exhaust, That many codes at once sounds like the conector or harness. After you do that clear all codes ,

You are going to have to get to and inspect the harness. Whatever it takes to find where the short is so you can quit blowing the fuses.

Can i pull the center console and get to the top of my tranny?.....I mean is there a hole in the carpet that will allow me to see the harness from above?
