Anyone running a Stall and Stock 4L60e?

converter with a stock tranny along with a tranny cooler has kept me in the 12's and also there are no issues with my tranny knock on wood, except when its cold it wont shift into OD until the fluid heats up

stock tranny 89k miles has a 24k cooler and a deep pan...the converters.. first a 3200 fuddle 9-10k miles then a ss3600 for about 7k miles and now a pt4400 for about 200miles, so far this lil tranny has suprised me..

youll be fine. when i was n/a (and before i popped a piston with boost) i had a stall and stock tranny. there were many low 12(na) and low 11(f.i) passes with it. just get a cooler and a i suggest a shift kit. youll love it.

Add a cooler and get a deep pan, or remote fluid storage so you increase the fluid capacity 2-3 quarts, that will really help stabilize the temps and keep it lasting a long time.
