SHOULD TRANS COOLER BE MOUNTED ON FRONT OF CONDENSOR OR ON BACKSIDE OF RADIATOR?

It needs clean cool air. So if possible infront of both pieces.

I just did mine and i mounted it in front of condenser for better cooling. At least that what B&M says in their instructions. Hope this helps

I took out that plastic piece that was in front of the radiator.

mount it in the front for the radiator to get as much air as possible. Mine has been mounted that way for 2 years no problems I would also route around your factory tranny cooler and go to bigger afermarket tranny cooler 25 to 28.
