Default Transmisson Cooler ??????

I have a 99 WS6 automatic, the cooling set up i ran through the radiator and an aftermarket cooler fastened in front of the a/c condenser ! Then i bought and installed an SLP cold air induction stainless steel air box that sits in front of the condenser so i had to temporarily remove the tranny cooler . What should i do ,and where should i put the cooler, since i had to move it ? Should i keep it running through the radiator at all ??

I butchered my SLP CAI for exactly this reason and no
regrets. I kept the stub but cut & bent the steel to draw
from above (through) the divider panel in the cool nose
space. I opened up the "nostrils" by cutting away foam.
It does not compromise IATs the way the CAI did (tens
of degrees hotter than the SS hood alone, on the street).

You could run a radiator with a built in cooler and save on space. I sell Ron Davis radiators for just this purpose.

The Automatic has a built in cooler in the radiator. It is inadequate for the job so most add an aftermarket cooler. The other challenge of a built-in radiator cooler is that the coolant is at often up around 190 - 195* so that reduces the efficency of radiator cooling, although an aftermarket radiator may be better designed than the stock one.
