i just need to rant a litte..ok so there am in the middle of the street yesterday waiting like a small kid on Christmas. i got the bright idea to make space in my storage which is on the back of the house well i miss damn ups by like 1min. so i call make a stop deliver for the next day. i got to pick them up (2 boxes Tc and tranny) well the Tc is there, but no tranny and its not on any of the trucks what the hell *(&#%

I work at UPS and I doubt that they lost a tranny. If someone did f up and lose it somehow, they will find it.

If it wasnt on the truck then how is it not lost? (guess you guys mean misplaced). From my personal experiance as a business owner that ships with ups I might use the word borrowed(stolen). j/k

 

Many times there are mix ups at the different stops along the way to the delivery city. I have had it happen to me a couple different times. One box out of a two or three box order arrives one day, the other one or two arrive a day or two later. The tranny probably got put on the wrong truck by mistake and will have what they call a "delivery exception". If not, Performabuilt will find out what happened and will help you any way they can. I know that when I bought my tranny from them, it arrived on time and without any issues.

Sounds like my week waiting for UPS to get my new $1,600 keyboard to me Eventually wound up picking it up at the distribution center 3 hours ago, just in time to leave Philly for Memorial Day weekend - I won't even get to play it
