Default might be a dumb question...

havent turned on my engine in 2 months. im dropping the tranny. torque converter is unbolted from the flywheel. ... question is... can i turn the engine on and let it run for a bit with the tranny disengaged from the engine???

isnt it bad if it just sits there for 2+ months without it being fired up? just something i heard.........

I never had any problems with not starting a car for a couple of months. Just make sure you have fresh oil and filter in the engine when you are ready to drive it. How long will it be before it's back on the road??

will be sitting for about another month. performabuilt lvl 2 tranny with 3k converter are going in. that will make it 3 months of no fireup. yeah imma change all the fluids before i drive it.
