Default 4x4 4l80-E

So I Have acquired a 4x4 4l80-E for my Z28. What modifications/changes must I do to convert this transmission to a regular Rear wheel drive car? I’m sure ill have to change the tail shaft, but thats all I can think of. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

That should be it other than the normal stuff you have to do to make the swap anyway

Thanks For the Quick reply. i was afraid that it was going to need more than that to get it converted to 2WD. Now to find a Tail housing. Is the tail shaft the same too?

No you will have to change the tail shaft and housing meaning the trans will have to be completely disassembled I thought you knew that from your OP
