Help has anyone heard from John (Fuddle) I ordered my converter almost a month ago so I tried calling but no one called back. I also tried emailing but it always came back because there were to many messages in John's email box. John if your reading this I am not pissed I am just concerned because I payed already and have not received anything. Has anyone had recent problems like this or has anyone heard from him?

From what I have heard Fuddle use to be a good company but lately their customer service has been sucking badly and they don't ship in a timely manner at all. If you can get your money back do that and go for a Yank, Vig, or Circle D converter.

Didn't want to have to do that but it looks like I just might have to since he took my 500 dollars and can't even give me a call or email response back to let me know what's going on. John if your reading this contact me asap, I sent you my info so you know who I am, before I begin the process of getting my money back.

Same here. Glad I chose to go with Circle D. With all the complaints i've heard about Fuddle, I'm surprsed people aren't going to the BBB to resolve their probs.

Alright, it's been a month and no response from fuddle. So I took korndawg's advice, John if you're reading this I reported you to the BBB of Utah and my credit card company. I think I was more than patient and i just want my money back. I'd rather pay a little more for a better product like a yank at least I know I will get it.
the LS1 Tech staff has had luck getting a response from fuddle so try and Post the issue in the sponsor feedback thread as well. Plus it will be easier to keep track of the issues with Fuddle.

PS anyone interested do a search for Fuddle in the sponsor feedback forum. scary that anyone still buys from fuddle when 99% of all the posts there are delinquent problems on Fuddles part.

ya know i get sick and irritated of people asking bout fuddle and getting screwed over there money. we have seen all the threads bout which converter to use and a damn near all of us auto guys run vigilante, yank and even circle D makes good stuff. why do u guys continue to go with a cheap converter amazes me. if our trannies already suspect why would u put in a cheap converter...
i understand if yur a noobie and this and that, but u post a thread asking which size converter and what brand, we tell u guys that u cant go wrong with vigilantes or yanks and u still buy a cheap converter..
its obvious this fuddle dudes company is NO BUENO!!!!!!!! so quit buyin from him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
