What Size Bolts - TCI Flexplate to Converter?
I'm still trying to figure this out. What size/length bolts will work to bolt up a ls1-specific converter to the TCI flexplate in a TH400? I was going to get some ARP bolts but I don't know what size.
Thanks for any help.

Hey guys... I see this question come up fairly often here at Tech.
Here is the NAPA part number that we use at ACE when we do installations.... 641-2075, there will be a quantity of 5 bolts in the box.
Hope that helps.

i think the factory bolts are 12mm. i hear people with the TCI flexplate upgrade to 20mm because it is a lot thicker than stock. i recently purchased a meziere flexplate since it is supposed to be pretty much the best you can get. is it worth it? i have no idea. but i will admit, it is nice by the looks of it. the thickness of it is approximatly the same as stock. i will be using the stock bolts with it unless i see a further problem when i bolt it up in a few days. when you go with a longer bolt just make sure it isn't too long and bottoms out in the converter.

I did end up getting some bolts that were M10 x 1.5 and 20mm in length. They bolt through the flexplate and go right to the the end of the holes in the converter. I assume they don't actually need to stick out of the converter.
