Trick Flow Specialties, a leading designer and manufacturer of high performance cylinder heads, intake manifolds, and engine components, has an immediate opening for a MANUFACTURING MANAGER to run all aspects of our business. Trick Flow is located in the Akron, Ohio area. The qualified candidate must possess:

• BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 10+ years previous manufacturing experience including working with tools and fixtures; quality assurance; product development; and product and throughput improvement.
• A strong emphasis on team building.
• Previous P&L responsibility.
• Hands-on experience with internal combustion engines.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC operation.
• Excellent leadership skills
• Experience with managing all aspects of running a business including cost estimating; purchasing; and employee relations.
