I agree, now that the viper is no more this takes the cake.

 

I checked out the new Jeep GCs the other day. Very nice, but the interior isn't a major improvement. Though I never had a huge issue with it, it's just small.

But then again I'm 6'5".

I did fit my 55" TV in the back of the '07 SRT8 however LOL. Barely.

What's going to be funny is that this Jeep will be faster than all the Dodge Challengers they built in the past couple of years.

 

I like it, and I wonder how that 8 speed tranny will help or hurt. Sounds like it might do wonders for gas mileage? (I'm a hopeful optimistic on that one)

I wonder if it can take the AWD abuse though.

i have always wanted an SRT8 but it just kills me to have the most powerful Jeep ever and not be able to play in the mud with the big boys.

 

It looks like there is going to be a new Durango SRT8 as well. It probably won't be as fast due to the extended wheelbase/extra weight but may be just as cool.
