3.7 300hp dohc V6
365hp/ turbo 3.5liter v6 DOHC
350hp/380tq 5.0 liter DOHC
411hp/434tq 6.2 liter SOHC

i didnt know the LSX was overhead cam. i thought it was cam in block.

I don't keep up with the truck market all that much. What is Ford doing with their diesels these days or in times to come?

power for the HO 6.7 powerstroke TD is 400hp/800lb-ft. these TD's are making tractor trailer power. dunno why they need that much. it really is stupid to have that much power in a light truck. are they gonna pull 80,000lbs? both brands are just gonna destroy parts.

SOHC? Dual plugs per cylinder?

That's a serious motor...

And this applies to all trucks, why in the hell would you put a V-6 in one?

It's all for bragging rights. Same reason Ford upped their rating right after GM announced the 2011 HD's.
