DoH Charger wasn't a 68 anyway. Well, as I remember it, that is. I was certain they had a 69 and personally, I'd say that's the most famous. He also said the Charger only lasted 8yrs and was gone... Does he know Dodge offers one now, or is that episode quite a few yrs old?
Anyway, fun to watch, especially the next clip, where he's got one... I'd rather a '68 Firebird Ram Air 400, whichever version. I miss those. A '67 'bird is the 1st car I ever steered! It would've been a 250 OHC or a 326 V8. Dad had both... lucky SoB!

Yes, Dukes was a 1969. That epoisode does seem to be several years old now that I think about it. But then again some people don't consider the current Charger to really be a Charger at all......................

yeah he probably was referring to the original 66-74 chargers. IIRC they brought the charger name back in the late 70s on a mitsu based car (or was that challenger?) and then they brought it back on the 2 door omni coupe in the early-mid 80s.

oh yeah i forgot about the cordoba based one with the rrrrrrich corrrinthan leather
yeah the fbody is the only one that didn't get bastardized too much from its original form. it was always a RWD car with an available V8. They did neuter it in the early 80s with the iron puke, err duke though.
