run that section of track on no sleep at that time of night at those speeds. then come back to us. he hit the kink and didnt compensate, still his fault but more so a function of LeMans than anything else.

I understand both of your points (both posts directly above), but don't agree. We'll leave it at that, 'cuz we'll always have differing views regarding the accidents. One thing that we can agree on, hopefully is that the safety of the Audi R18 cockpit saved the drivers' lives in both cases.
