I think this Ferrari should take care of that little problem (not on the lower price part, but at least the power to weight aspect):

They won't let the Viper beat out the power ratio on the F12 Berlinetta because "they are in the same class". I'm fairly sure nobody is cross shopping a $330k+ Ferrari and a $120k Viper though

It still blows my mind that the new Viper and Vette are faster than all of these cars on a track. What happened to "American cars might be cheaper and faster in a straight line, but they can't turn"? Now there is nothing really to complain about so the internet warriors try to grab at straws with how the interiors aren't as nice, LOL.

Just watched this video. So I guess that video they did with the new Viper against the ZR1, the Viper was a pre-production model that didn't have the suspension set right and the alignment was off. They say the actual production GTS (which Randy has now driven as well) has a lap time of 1:34.22 and the TA is 1:33.62 (6 tenths quicker).
